Consultation & Service Policy

All consultations, treatments, packages, and aesthetic services offered by COSMEKAYA are customized according to individual skin type, hair condition, and treatment requirements. Due to the personalized nature of our services, refunds are subject to the conditions mentioned below.

Refund Policy

Consultation Fees

Consultation charges are non-refundable once the consultation has been completed.

Treatment & Service Payments

Payments made for treatments, procedures, sessions, or service packages are generally non-refundable once the treatment process has started.

However, refund requests may be considered in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of COSMEKAYA management.

Advance Booking Amount

Advance booking amounts paid for appointments may be adjusted toward rescheduled appointments if informed in advance.

No refund may be provided for missed appointments or same-day cancellations.

Package & Session Policy

For treatment packages:

  • Unused sessions may be transferable within the validity period only after approval by clinic management.
  • Expired packages or sessions cannot be refunded or extended unless specifically approved.

Cancellation Policy

Patients are requested to inform the clinic in advance if they wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in:

  • Loss of appointment slot
  • Deduction from package sessions
  • Non-refundable booking amount

Product Return Policy

If the clinic provides skincare or wellness products:

  • Products once opened or used cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Damaged or incorrect products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery/purchase.

Treatment Results Disclaimer

Results of aesthetic and wellness treatments may vary from person to person depending on:

Refund Processing

If any refund is approved by the clinic management:

  • The refund will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible.
  • Processing time may vary depending on banking and payment systems.
